Mastercard foundation scholars program at UP

The University of Pretoria is a multi-faculty, research-intensive university with campuses in Pretoria, its surrounds, and in the country’s economic hub, Johannesburg. The Mastercard Foundation Scholars Program at the University of Pretoria (UP) aims to support academically gifted African youth facing economic and social barriers who are committed to effecting positive change on the continent. The Mastercard Foundation Scholars Program's objective is to provide assistance to African youth who are faced with substantial socio-economic barriers, including refugees or internally displaced persons (IDPs) and persons with disabilities.
