1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using UniMart, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. UniMart is a marketplace platform for university students in Zimbabwe.

2. User Accounts

Users must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Three types of accounts are available:

• Student Buyer: Can browse and purchase items
• Student Seller: Can list up to 5 items for sale
• Company: Verified business accounts with unlimited listings (requires approval)

3. Listing Guidelines

All listings must be accurate and not misleading. Prohibited items include:

• Illegal goods and counterfeit products
• Weapons and dangerous materials
• Adult content and inappropriate materials
• Stolen property

4. Transactions

UniMart is a platform connecting buyers and sellers. We do not process payments or guarantee transactions. Users are responsible for arranging safe meetups and payment methods. We recommend meeting in public places on campus.

5. User Conduct

Users agree not to harass others, post spam, or engage in fraudulent activities. Violations may result in account suspension or permanent ban.

6. Limitation of Liability

UniMart is not responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of items listed. Users engage in transactions at their own risk.
